Cindy Amedore is the founder and CEO of Against all Odds Recovery Services, an organization dedicated to transforming lives to those affected by substance abuse. With over 25 years of professional experience in all levels of care and treatment modalities, her mission is to not only to raise the standard in client quality care but to also empower those seeking treatment to achieve long term successful recovery. 

Beyond her work in the field of substance abuse holding various job titles and positions throughout the years, Cindy also brings 28 years of personal lived experience in recovery. Her determination and commitment to service excellence is woven into every client and aspect of Against all Odds. 

Cindy's vision extends beyond the symptom of the disease of addiction, focusing on treating the whole person equipping individuals with the tools needed to  build fulfilling lives through self help, relationship building and career development. She is passionate about meeting people where they are to tailor individualized needs to inspire joy and discovery to those on their recovery journey.

 Denice Stevenson is a dedicated recovery professional with lived experience in recovery and a strong passion for helping others achieve stability and long-term success. She excels in case management, providing compassionate support, resource coordination, and individualized guidance to individuals navigating the recovery process. Denice is committed to empowering clients, advocating for their needs, and helping them build healthy, sustainable lives. 

Joe Stevenson is a respected  individual in the recovery community with 20 years of personal lived experience. He finds value in helping others on their journey to recovery.

Joe is focused on providing a safe, stable living environments for individuals on their path to healing. He believes that recovery starts with a foundation of support, community, and opportunity, and works tirelessly to ensure every resident has the resources to succeed. 

He emphasizes the importance of bridging the gap between recovery and independent living and his leadership emphasizes on accountability, compassion, and sustainable outcomes for individuals transitioning into a healthier future.
