Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is the highest level of outpatient care at Against All Odds. It offers a therapeutic schedule focused on stabilizing individuals and building a solid foundation for long‑term recovery. Clients engage in daily groups, individual counseling, menta health support, and targeted skill‑building.

PHP is ideal for those stepping down from inpatient care or needing intensive support without entering a residential setting. The program combines clinical structure with compassionate, person‑centered care, ensuring every client is supported as they rebuild their lives.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

The Intensive Outpatient Program offers a structured yet flexible level of care for individuals who are ready to deepen their recovery while maintaining responsibilities at home, work, or school. IOP includes multiple therapeutic groups per week, individual sessions, relapse‑prevention planning, and ongoing case management.
At Against All Odds, IOP focuses on strengthening coping skills, and helping clients practice real‑world recovery strategies in a supportive environment. This level of care empowers clients to regain stability while staying connected to their community and support systems.

Outpatient Program (OP)

The Outpatient Program provides ongoing therapeutic support for individuals who have progressed in their recovery and benefit from continued guidance as they transition into greater independence. OP typically includes weekly group therapy, and continued case management as needed.
OP at Against All Odds is designed to help clients maintain momentum, reinforce healthy habits, and stay connected to a recovery‑focused community. It’s a space for long‑term healing, accountability, and personal growth.
